Berdaya Project is an independent, non-profit educational project initiated by Jason Axellino and Delvin Victor Fernando. It began from a belief that life skills education is urgently needed in this era. Therefore, we encourage our collaborators to share it with middle school students all across Indonesia. We believe that new insights into life skills encourage young generations to be empowered: be brave, creative, and highly qualified to solve the real challenges of the nation. We do three main actions; making seminars at schools, producing creative content, and arranging exclusive study trips.

Taking into account the anxiety that is commonly faced by middle and high school students about pretty much everything, we organize Live Talkshows and produce a variety of creative content that can be enjoyed digitally to broaden their horizons. Our speakers and partners from respected Indonesian and global universities are guaranteed to be credible, capable, and professional based on our stringent standards. So far, our online event has garnered the attention and participation of more than 2500 students all across Indonesia, from Aceh to Papua. 

At the end of every session, there must be a writing assignment where students are obliged to write down their personal reflections. It consists of their personal takeaways regarding the material, also response and feedback for us. We constantly evaluate our program structurally and technically to be more relevant and achieve higher quality based on this data.
